rondog - you should be able to pass emissions with the Injen. My dealer had no problem with me when I had a Weapon-R intake on my CL, so I'm assuming (hoping) there's no problem with this one either.

How much of a power gain do you think I could get if I compared the HP gain of an Injen or AEM CAI to an OEM filter assembly with a clogged air filter?

I don't see a lot of the CLS/TLS engines failing, but I do see a lot of auto trannies failing.
My bet is on losses in the auto...
When a few 6-speed dynos come in, there will be more room for discussion about this

Really? Wow, I never knew that. I thought horsepower and torque numbers were completely independent of the wheel size. Thought it just mattered on the engine and transmission.
