Check Engine Light, On then Off?
Thought I would ask you guys if you knew what was up with my Check Engine light coming on. It started like 2 days ago, about to call the dealer to get it checked out, then the light turned off. Any ideas? should I worry?
Car is shifting fine, the 2nd tranny has about 4,500 miles on it. No other problems with the car.

When the check engine light comes on...it tells you that the ecu detected a problem two times in a row on two continous drive cycles and it stores a code...the light itself will come on and off from time to time but the code is still in there. That doesn't necisarilly mean that something is faulty at that exact time. However if the check engine light is blinking...that means that the problem is happening right then and there.
