Check Engine Light, Cylinder Misfire

Ok, just like the topic states. Over the past month about, I've had the check engine light come on 3 separate occassions.

Codes
300 -Multiple cylinder misfire
301 -Cylinder 1
302 2
303
304
305
306

Etc..

I just changed the spark plugs when this started and they were NGK iridiums gapped out of the box at .42. I regauged them to .44.

Is it possible that this is the problem and why im getting these codes. Car seems to run fine and without me even clearing the code, the check engine light goes away on its own.

Also, I just had my valves and head worked on about a month ago.

Can anyone give me an idea why I might be getting these codes.

Thanks

it seems to happen right after I put gas in it about once a week on a longer 100 mile + trip and seems to reset itself after 50-60 miles./ car drives fine..
