Changing placement or restricting vacuume to the map sensor ?
Changing placement or restricting vacuume to the map sensor ?
I was just trying to brainstorm a way to try to deliver more fuel before WOT and not sure if it's possible or just a retarded thought.
But the way I made the port for my map on my throttle body. I got a bigger hole right under the map then to a smaller port that is in the same position as oem. So I could try poping in differnt size plugs to try to restrict air to the map without worrying about the plug getting sucked threw the port.
Is this a stupid idea to try to get the ecu to dump some more fuel or will other things (sensors)start running screwy as well ?
I am running a wideband so I can see what's going on with the afr's and I got a scanner to watch a few other things but, would this just be wasted efforts ?
