Changing climate control, window switch, etc light color

I searched only found stuff about changing bulbs for mirrors, etc... I remember a few years ago seeing photos of somebody who changed their lighting to blue but can't find it.

I want to buy a stereo which will have blue lighting so it won't match my lights... should I consider trying to change the lights of the stereo, the car, or just give up?

I remember reading about welding and a lot of work that didn't last. Thanks for the help.

I would leave it alone.
I converted the main instruments to LED, and had nothing but trouble. I finally got them straight myself with LED's that I configured to work with the instrument cluster. Changing all of them is just too much risk and work. Here's the thread with all the horror stories.

Here you go

They also have "solder-less" sets.

Wow that's very cool. I remember reading about the soldering of the lights and the shorts that happened. So you think this set would really work that well? If so I've very interested.

Actually...I haven't heard anything about the company or reliability but how cool that they have something for our cars! LOL

I was excited about the solder-less kits myself!

Already bought another gauge cluster to do the mod...just keep getting caught up with other shit.

That same company had a couple sets on eBay at one time...maybe you can check their seller feedback info.
