Center console light
My light on my center console to see if i'm switching gears from drive, park, reverse etc, does not have a light. Is there a DIY for this fix? Thanks. By the way, I have an 03 cl type s. Thanks!

take off the plate. start by removing the black ring and then remove the small bulb down there. no need to take off the shift knob. you'll have to go to the dealership for a replacement.

You can do what I did and make a custom shift gate that allows light to pass through and get an led bulb for it...

The bulb size is #74 and you can buy them at Autozone or buy an LED version online
