I have done a search and haven't really found much that can help me out..

This morning while going to work i noticed that my CEL was on, immediately i thought of my transmission, but haven't had any problems before or so far today. Ive had a CAI for about 7 months now, so that can't be it. Does anyone have any other suggestions, I just really would hate to go to the dealer and leave my car there all day for them to tell me that they just reseted my ECU and see if it turns back on, if it does, come back.

Check Engine light. You need an OBD-II scanner to read the code.

 

Kewl, luckily i just got my OBD-II scanner maintananced and it should be working a-ok
