has this ahppened to any1 else. one day it would playa cd(didnt matter what cd #it was) it would only play the track 4 like 30 secs and then say error on it, now when i try to play shit it does even play 30 secs, it just takes me back to Fm stations. I'm pissed. Especialy b/c i have to drive back to U of A Sat morning. its gona be a long ride....

check the instruction manual for the error messages... there's a lot of different ones.

I sometimes got problems from burned CD's... All my CD-R's are the ghetto ones with no label on the top. you have to smoothen it out first. The problems i got from them were that the entire thing got jammed, and the cd player refused to play or eject... i just waited a while, like say an hour, and it started working again... weird.

just give it some time, and try to eject the disc... its either broken for sure, or it just doesn't like a specific CD.
