Cat Back Exhaust
I know the GReddy Evo and Evo2 are excellent, but I was wondering if anyone has any insight about the Neuspeed catback, part number 302072. It is stainless steel and costs about $680.
I never thought about getting a catback, but I am addicted to the sound after listening to a sound clip posted on this site recently. Thanks

my car with aem intake, sounded very similiar to that video with the greddy exhaust in my opinion. I dont know if exhaust is worth it for the money, you get practically no gains.

I have that Neuspeed exhaust on my car. Just put on 3 days ago. Was very EZ to install. Took about 1 1/2 hours by myself. Very good quality construction and NO fit problems. Comes with new gaskets and all needed hardware. Sounds good. Not too loud. Strong top end RMP pull. Going to dyno soon with Injen intake, amd either JET CHIP COMPUTER MOD OR Apexi controller.
Did not like how mufflers hang down. Going to have muffler shop modify to bring tips back up into bumper holes and put on new lager tips. For the price would recommend buying. Neuspeed owns a SuperCharged CLS they built system for. The pipe Diameter is a little smaller than the Comptech system and should be better for NON SC cars. Also waiting on Stone Headers if they ever come out ! Anyone know anything more about them?
The Neuspeed looks just like the one on this pic. My car is Black also and this Pic is the splitting image of mine with NS exhaust. Note how they hang out of bumper cutouts a little bit.http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showt...hreadid=122893

Doing a full cat back on a CL-s will not get you much hp if any. I did a cat back on my P because the piping diameter was way smaller than a types. My exhaust consists of 2 magnaflow mufflers, a magnaflow y pipe, 2.25 inch piping and a magnaflow resonator. I got the exhaust for under 500 installed. Also i had the piping custom bent for my car. Magnaflow sells an exhaust for the accord that will bolt up with minor changes and can be had for aorund 350. they sound great too. If you do a search for magnaflow and see my name click it, i have videos with sound of my car. It sounds like a v-8.
