Hows that???? It says that at on 7/12/00 it had 560 miles on it. No other odometer readings since.

 

maybe they dont have emissions checks? then no one would be checking the odomoter until you re-register the car

yup. in texas the odometer info only gets updated when the title is sold/transferred. we have emissions checks in certain counties here in texas, but the odometer information does not get updated in the title database as a result.
