Carbon Fiber TL Lip Kit for the CL
I was wondering how much it would cost if anyone knows an estimate of how much it would cost... if i was say to take my car to a shop and have them use my bumpers and sided to mold a cf TL lip kit... hmmmmmmm...

A ridiculous amount of money, unless you someone got the molds from the TL lip kit. Then it wouldn't be has hard. Otherwise 
money would be much better well spent. If you wanna spend that much dough, buy a supercharger... hell buy me one too, it might be cheaper than a carbon TL kit.

I actually just had one done for my car. We modified a TL kit to fit the CL and made a mold for it to either replicate it in carbon fiber or fiberglass. I just completed mine in carbon fiber and we can do the same thing for $800.00 plus shipping. I'll post pictures later.

Okay, so this kit would be a direct fit, it wouldn't need adjustments like the TL kit? I'm considering this is the case since you say you made a "mold"
