Carbon Fiber Interior/Photoshop Request

I'm thinking of doing some carbon fiber wrapping inside the car. My idea was to do all the wood grain and then some other pieces as well. I decided to start small with the shift gate. Can someone please photoshop this picture to have a carbon fiber shift gate? Also, is there any good alternative to the 3M di-noc that may be a bit cheaper?

The shift gate looks like it would be a beotch to wrap!

I don't think you'll find a better "faux" CF look on the market right now than the D-Noc stuff.

I was looking to do a darker wrap than that. Something with less contrast to the black interior

3M DiNoc is the best looking stuff on the market. Who knows how it would look with the cheap stuff.

It almost looks like real carbon fiber trim pieces, not wrapped.

^ Yeah that's what it looked like to me but I wasn't sure.

I would be the kind of person that would save up and go with real carbon fiber even though the Di-Noc stuff looks really good.

I bought the car from the member ThinJim a year ago, the credit is all his. not sure where/what, etc since I bought it that way. A few people asked then too but I don't recall him ever answering. it was done well, not a hint of any peeling at edges, very clean work.

Big leap of faith on my part buying a car without seeing it in person but luckily it worked out great.

The 3M Dinoc stuff is not real CF, it's a vinyl, when I read that you're gonna "wrap" parts of your interior, I assumed you were going to wrap it with real CF and resin it. I did this with my woodgrain on my 1st gen, and in my opinion it's the only way to go, looks like thinjim's interior was wrapped the same way, no BS vinyl there

What about the neffywrap? http://www.neffywrap.com/
Is that material any better. Isn't it real dry carbon fiber? Can you glass that, or do you need the triple A/commercial/industrial stuff like what they sell here:http://www.uscomposites.com/index.html

I like to wrap a couple of parts not really interior though.

meh, that neffy wrap is just the cf look vinyl. Me personally I'm not a fan, frankly the dinoc looks better than the neffy wrap, but I'm not a fan of either since I paid top dollar to get my pieces wrapped professionally, but I realize that not everyone has the same tastes as me

We may have same tastes as u do but we not willing to pay as much for real carbon to be made im still not sure which 3m dinoc looks better the black one or graphite for our interior.

I too am also a fan of real cf over the cf look. since I love carbon fiber for it's attributes first and looks second, I would have to do the interior in real CF if I were to be staring at it all the time.

unfortunately my tl-s auto shift knob isn't real cf... which was an expected disappointment however if I could change it i would.
