it looks ok

but i dont think that the car is low enough for splitters. maybe if ur car was 2 inch from the ground then the splitters would look better.

Today, the owner of Martel Racing a Pro NASCAR tuner was complimenting the owner of Turbo Civic strapped on the dyno for custom turbo tuning... on what? ... Not the turbo, not the look, but a set of front splitters. He added" You know the importance of fighting the front-lift!"

Nice ride. I agree that the splitters would look better if the car was lower, but still a nice accent.
I wonder what they would look like on silver.

Rice??? I don't think so, I like em. Also, they actually serve a purpose, unlike a 4 foot wing on a FWD car.....

what purpose do those serve

they weren't wind tunnel tested or anything, they most likely will cause more negative effects the positive. That = rice. But to each his own, we've all done something ricey at one point.

Well, the purpose I was thinking of is with my car there is about 3 inches of ground clearance to my front lip. These could ease up the scraping of my front lip....Hopefully the CF won't "show" the scratches/dings as much as my front lip does (white car)..

that's one of the dumbest things i've heard, you bought these so you can scratch them up? Learn to drive better

sounds like a ricer trying to justify his purchase, if you like it you like it, it's still rice

Dude, relax...I haven't bought them yet, it was just a thought.

And I learned how to drive 10 years ago, thanks for the suggestion though.

don't know where I was preaching rice this rice that. The definition of rice has always been something that serves no function and looks tacky, hence these splitters. As you can see I'm not the only one w/ those feelings. But as I also stated to each his own.

i know, and we've all heard your opinions, and they are fine...i've got no problems with it. it's just funny that some people let such trivial things explode into insults and barbs. hence...the let it die. you've made your point quite a few times about what your definition of rice is...move on, no need to continue arguing with your fellow CL members.
