hey i was at HIN in AC and filled out an application for the car sponsorship. www.carsponsorships.com

here is the email i recieved:

Hi, this is Ragen from CarSponsorships. I briefly spoke to you at the Hot Imports Nights in Atlantic City . I submitted your application to a few of our companies on Monday and I just received word from a national car company who is interested in offering you a full sponsorship. However, this particular company has a few other questions to ask about you, your car and about your future car plans/ideas before they can make a final decision. For your convenience, I have set up a web page for you to answer these questions. Please go to https://www.carsponsorships.com/carshow/sponsor.cgi and answer the questions to the best of your ability.

Remember, we are here to help you get sponsored, so I will review your answers prior to submitting them to the sponsor and contact you if I feel there are some changes we should make. I told them that I will have the answers to them by early tomorrow afternoon so please submit them as soon as possible.

i answered all da ques. the alst one was to enter a credit card number to pay $89 to get started if indeed i pass the answer part of it.

does this seem legit or is it liek BS sponsors?

scam i got a call from some people like that and they wanted 100 bucks for nothing and i would just 50% off parts that they dont make for our car.

I did the same thing, and I actually talked to Ragen. What will happen is that you will be fully sponsered through Decalkits.com which will offer graphics for your car for free, and then you will be partially sponsered for house of boom in which you will get stereo equipment at cost. Now ragen did tell me that he would sponser me on the lights for my car that were worth like $1500, but they would not fit on my car without some modifications to frame. Ragen is actually trying to get me some sponsership with Alphawerks.

Its kinda of a scam, becaus they give everybody the same sponsership with decals and stereo. Ragen is trying to fina a G35 with only an intake, to sponser for headers, exhaust. If anyone knows anyone, let me know.

yea they told me i would get 15k co-op sponsership for 100 dollar sing up fee. i was like go screw ur self im not given u a 100 bucks for nothing. he was like well u could get a turbo kit for u car. i said u know who makes one cause i sure a shit dont and when u find one u call me back. never heard from them again.
