Car is running lean?

From a stop or driving around low city speeds, my car is running lean. Basically when I tip into the throttle. When I step on the throttle, the AFR would dip into the 16's (16.0-16.5) and then climb back to 14.0-15.0. If I had to guess, it'll take roughly a second to get back to 14's. When I'm cruising, the AFR is never steady at 14.7. It'll always be moving back and forth between 14.0-15.2 AFR.

My current FP is at 42psi is which higher than it needs to be. Under the boost or near boost the car is pig rich. Tipping into boost (not even 0 VAC on the gauge), it'll already be high 11's-12.0 and in boost, it's in the 10's. Now if I turn the FP down, the car would run leaner in the area I described above but boost AFR would be wayyy better. Any ideas what's wrong with my car?

Im still a newb at this but maybe you might have to rich it up and if you have E manage maybe it would help if you reset the ecu bc the car will not notice it is getting more gas thats my 2 cents.

I'm not sure about boosted cars but I know our cars do run really lean at low load.

How lean is really lean for low end on the J32? Is it like I described above. If anyone with a wideband can chime in, that'll be great. Is your AFR like how I described mine?

So you guys are tipping into the 16.0+ AFR when you step on the throttle @ low speeds?

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing. Hmm strange, it never did this when I had my J30 + 440cc injectors and 1:1 FPR. It was always 14.7 and never dipped into the 16.0s when I step on the throttle. Right now I'm back to near stock Comptech SC fuel configuration (CT FPR w/ lower FP calibration disc, stock CL-S injectors and Emanage) with 38psi FP @ idle. Emanage is all zero'd except for the voltage map which acts like the ESM. ESM is removed. If this is normal, then I'll not worry about it.
