So for the past couple weeks every once in a while at around 2K rpm the car wont respond to increased throttle for a second or so. I ll give it gas and nothing will happen, naturally then I ll give it more gas and it ll jump.

Now my check engine light is on! I don't have OBDII scanner so I have not checked the codes.

Fuel filter? Regulator?

Thoughts?

 

I'd check the air filter first and see if thats clean. What trans do you have?

 

sounds like you need a tune up

 

I have a K&N drop in - no more then 3 months old. Doubt thats the issue
Its a 6 speed with 93K

I am probably gonna go to the dealership today

 

air filter isnt the only part of a tune part. check the owners manual if u got it. things get clogged and dirty, so they need to be adressed
