Car crashed,game over !

ya,I just totaled my car,and lucky me,I am still alive
40 minutes after installed new rims and tires
I was driving like 95 miles on the highway, when I was trying to switch to the left lane, the car lost control, spin, hit left curb, then the right curb, spin again........I don't really remember the detail, cause I was protecting my head with my hands when I feel I hit something.

To be short,my car is totally fucked up,I hurt my neck and back, but not really that bad, just feel kind of sour....

excuse my English and talking nonsence here

I guess I can't get the car back this summer,I feel so upset

don't know what else to say

Wow man, glad you're all right.

Btw, it's too late now, but instead of putting your hands around your head, try steering the car, maybe you could have avoided a couple of the later curbs when the car was going slowing enough to be controllable.

Was it raining? Was there a problem with the tires and wheels you had just put on? Did you hit something on the highway? A simple high speed lane change shouldn't cause a car (especially one with stability control) to spin out of control.

dude, I am really sorry!! wow ... I am so glad you are okay!

I'm not trying to dampen the seriousness of the issue, but you should always look at the bright side. Besides thinking, it couldve been worse, (which it couldve! weve all seen worse!) the other way to look at it is ... new car (this is with my assumption that you had insurance)

Hang in there !

THIS IS SOO WEIRD!!

same shit almost happened to me yesteraay, i was going from 401 east express to 404 newmaarket..anyways the 1 lane goes very small and makes a some sharp turns, and i was speeding, at one point i almost lost control, but traction kicked in, i was going really fast too, it was fucking scary..i even got "the feeling" you know, the one you get like half a second before u crash in the car...

anyways, i am glad your okay man...

i am kind of dramatized what happened to me last night, and i know how bad that shit
is...

were here for you...

Thank you guys for your careness, the funny thing is that after such a big crash, the AIR BAG didn't go off,It's the seat belt saved my life, this is what really scares me.

I still don't understand why I lost control, could be the tire or road condition, don't really care about it anymore, the car is crashed anyway...

for those who are interested in the parts,I'll sell them to you if they are still
good, but my car was damaged really really bad,I can't even pop up the hood and check it,just not the right time.

Sorry to hear about that SD I'm glad you are ok. I can't believe I didnt see it last night. What freeway where you on. I was just at a party downtown off 5th and market came home round 1:30am. I'd like to go see your car. Maybe make some trade's. I have some nice KLF-20's Legend, that would sound nice in your Home theatre system.

But, I think that everyone, including myself, would like to get more details as to HOW you lost control, or WHAT caused you to lose control!

Sorry to hear about your car.. hopefully nothing was permanently damaged reagrding your head and neck.. is nothing salvageable on the car? Are the Comptech headers still intact? If so I will buy them.. but again sorry for your loss hopefully you can wait for the 6 speed CL or the RSX as your next car

He** yea! No group buys and headers are ridiculously priced.. as there is only one company that makes headers for our cars..

One rim is seriously bented already,I am not sure about the other 3 since they are all with dirt,I won't touch anything until the adjuster come to estimate the lose.If any part survive, they will be on the Black Market forum with pictures...

Just be patient, you hungry guys !!

Glad you're okay. Your story kinda freaks me out especially cause i just put on some new rims/ tires. I tightened them myself, but my friends say my wheels will fall off cause i did them manually. oh well, at least your not badly injured.

Ah, the vultures are a circlin. BTW, if ur block and head are intact and nothing's bent into them, including the axle or alternator, I'd be interested in hearing how much you'd sell the engine for . Chances are though that they probably endured some serious stress.

Eventhough I don't know ya, we don't need any dead members at any forums, and it's good to hear that u came out in one piece and nothing broken, at that rate of speed and losing control of a car, definitely a speed where your mortality is in danger...

Glad to hear that you're okay. I (and my CL-S)suffered a similar fate recently. Do you have pics? Well, now you get to go car shopping again. And if you're *real* lucky, you'll get to drive a lovely GM product like a Chevy Malibu or Lumina for a month like me. Anyhow, keep us updated and best o'luck finding a new ride.

Don't forget to show the adjusters your receipts for the mods, If they total the car they have to include the mods in the final settlement. Now about those headers???
