can you play dvds when you have the navigation

no you can not play it in the navi becaues it doesn't have audio out puts and the signals differant. But there is a decoder you can purchase and a seprate dvd player you can hook up to the navi screen.

I think we need a "newbie faq" so we aren't cluttered with all these questions ala :
~Can the navi play movies?
~Is there a fog light switch for our fog lights?
~What kind of bulb should I get to replace...

Perhaps... but then again, why are questions asked that are in the FAQ section.
(just a thought -- what if the initial log in directed the user to a new user faq (with a please, "these are common questions, please look here first...". Have questions by category, etc. Then add a question displayed only format (for easy viewing, with answers available by pressing the question (DHTML, links, etc, whatever).
(hey, programs write themselves don't they -- just kidding -- just kidding)..
