Can someone confirm this?...

2000 TL 16" wheels will fit on the 2002 CL-S (maybe acura_service???)

They do. Shawn uses those as winter wheels.

I paid 100 a piece for my TL wheels from my local dealer.
They were brand new and just off a TL that was upgraded to Chrome wheels at delivery.
I bought the 16” BLIZZAK’s at Tire Rack for like 80 bucks each.

It was about 750 for everything.
