eibach sportline = 200$ plus install
i've got a buddy who works out of his house out here that can install them for about 80$ if you want.
your expensive trip is gonna be the rims...19"S aren't cheap....you'll be spending around 3K w/ tires if you buy cheap ones

So what is a total price?
How long would it take, and how is my hadeling would it be better, or I will still need sway bars?
I am getting 4 19th with nitto tires, for $24000 dollars.

I say you just get 19s and definitely drop the car. You shouldn't rub with 235/35s, but you need an offset close to 50, I wouldn't go with an offset lower than 48.
And if you plan on wasting money on the suspension anyways, just go with coilovers so that you can get the exact drop/look that you want. If you're not going to lower the car, I wouldn't get 19s, or any other aftermarket wheels for that matter, but that's just me.
