probably...my friend has a 94 or 95 delsol w/ a jackson sc, intake, exhaust, and headers and I took him by like a car and a half...I don't know if the delsol engine is rated w/ less hp than the civic si...however the delsol is much smaller. Let us know how it goes..

haha, dont know about "fuck yeah you could beat him", as ant7701 stated, considering the del sol's are slower than the civic si. might be a good match up. i think you might have a slight edge though. GL

uhhh.... you do know that a SI w/ a Vortech on 6lbs does more than 230 at the wheels right? (in know, this is a JRSC but the story isnt too different.

just something to chew on.

That SI will probably walk you. They weigh much less than we do too.

how much boost hes running? stock psi he should be running low low 14's or high 13's, if he has a higher boost pulley than its over....if you win than he needs to learn how to drive.

JRSC doesn't add much, but the SI is also a happy reving engine and significantly lighter. I'd say it'll be a drivers race given you a 6mt.

I've heard more bad than good about the Jackson kits. Either way, a civc is so light, it doesn't need a ton ot hp and tq to be competitive.
