well is place call all data wich is one of the most use places for mechanics of course is not free at all for one year is like $29.00 but is great because not only yoou can find all the info of your car is a place there cal TSB (technical service bulletin) that one is like a recall
or before is a recall they tell you a recen problem and tell you how to fixed and how much the job should be,now i don't know if the r egular version would tell you the time to repair but sure they tell you the OEM .
now regarding this:
EVAP evaporative emission .. now in the cl is 5 wich one is inside the engine like the famous "purge valve the other 4 are under the car near the gas tank and are call:
