You should be able to move the pistons by hand.

If you have dual Pistons they should look like two hollow metal tubes on the inside. Thats the best way I know how to describe them. If You are doing the Legend swap one will be slightly bigger than the other.

They should have the pistons in them. THe difference between loaded and unloaded calipers is loaded includes pads and shims typically.

If you got them from an autoparts store, and were refurd'd, they should be ready to put onto your car.

i'm not sure if they can be moved by hand, never tried it off the car. normally i used a c-clamp to push them down by placing a block of wood or old brake pad over the pistons and tighten the c-clamp over it.

the only way to move the piston is if you press them in with a C-clamp but you have to put somthing flat over them (like an old brake pad) so they sqeeze in evenly
