CAI, Type S non Type S

I tried looking for a thead that would point out the differance, no luck. why cant i install a type s cai on my non type s cl? i know, i know noob question, sorry. i never said i was smart lol...

The Type-S has an additional throttle body for VSA. So CAI's made for the CL-P have a longer intake tract.
