Hey everyone,

I've had my CL-S since late December, and by all means, I LOVE IT!! However, just this past week I noticed a hissing sound inside every time the A/C compressor kicked in. Then, 2 days later, I heard a bit of distortion coming from one of my rear speakers, only to find out that its blown!! Has anyone else experienced these 2 things? Aside from that, the car is incredible.

 

You sure your speaker is blown?

It sounds like one of my speakers is blown... but its just a rattle in the rear deck. If you put pressure on the shelf the speaker sounds fine again. heh

I hadn't thought about that. Maybe the bad news isn't as bad as I thought!

 

i have the same ac problem too.. but someone said it is normal...i am not sure...

 

yea its like normal operation to me when the A/C system is like that and I hear a humming
or hissing sound.

 

my a/c was making noises too at 3500 miles, so i took it to the dealer and he said it was the a/c clutch and one other thing. they replaced them both for free. always better to be safe than sorry, just ask the dealer. good luck.
