A/C, E-Brake, Fob Problems

I am having what I think are problems, but need to know, if these things are normal, so I don't look like an fool when I take the car in on Monday. the car has 1800 miles on it:

1) When the A/C is off there is still air flow coming out of the vents on the drivers side when you are driving.

2) I am able to drive the car with the e-brake on (by accident, and the e-brake was fully engage). The car will drive forward and backward. Does it need to be adjusted?

3) When you hit the the panic button on both key fobs, nothing happens, no matter what distance I'm from the car. Do I need to have both fobs reprogrammed?

These along with the memory seat not working have been the only problems that I have had with the car, and it is all very minor/picky things.

Thanks for the help

1. that's normal. Push the recirculate button and it should cyt off the air flow.
2. did the same thing but it seems OK w/o any work being done it. Holds on steep hills.
3. Don't know.

Don’t forget you need to hold the “PANIC” button pressed in for some time before the horn & lights sound.

I think it’s something like 5-10 seconds if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the advise, they both work. I'm use to Chrysler/GM fobs where you don't have to hold the button down, just have to press it to set off the alarm.
