C&D article 01 Cls v 328
Organizing my old Car & Drivers I found a July 2002 article featuring an 03CLs 6speed v an 03 BMW 330 5 speed. I was under the impression that there was an earlier article that pitted the Cl versus a bimmer 328.
Does anyone have that article??

I have the article for that comparo. I have to look for it but it was an interesting article. Of course the Bimmer was first but it was a good one. They did the comparision in Santa Barbara.

that was a good article and is one of the reasons I got my CLS6. I couldnt justify the extra 10000 for a car that beat the CL by a hair. yeah the BMW is better but hey, that how I see it.

Can you post that Car and Driver article? I have the 330Ci vs CL Type S in the January 2001 Road and Track and the one you were looking for in the July 2000 Motor Trend. I'll post them as soon as I can scan them.

ROAD AND TRACK, JANUARY 2001
ACURA CL (AUTOMATIC) VS BMW 330Ci (MANUAL), BMW won that one.
I never saw the issue on the CL 6 speed vs Bmw 330 5 speed?
