Front, they seem sooo tight, can't even budge them, they are almost stripped.

whoa are you talking about those 3 large flat headed screws at the front of the bumper? if so then those are like a #3 phillips screwdriver tip. find the largest tip you have that will fit snug or you will strip the screws out, like from what i read, has already happened. plus the larger tip will probably be on a larger handle which will give you more grip/turning power.

Mine were hard to take off. Yeah they felt welded on. I soaked them in PB blaster for 3 days. I used my impact screwdriver with the biggest bit & used downward leverage. That broke them loose.

you can drill them out but don't mess up the female threads on the body. try those sears screw remover tips for stripped screws and bolts. i've heard they work.

If they are that hard to get out I don't think you are going to be able to drill them out. I think it will mess up the threads. Try putting a slot on the screw with a saw or dremel, and soak the screw in PB Blaster or try using a little heat. And go at it with an impact driver.

If they're that difficult to get out, a screw extraction bit will definitely work. And if you use it properly you shouldn't have to worry about stripping the female threads.
