7.2K miles and I finally got my first 'aw shoot'. Made a 180 turn coming out of Kohl's parking lot and the opposite side curb was too high. The bumper rode up on it and made this godawful sound.
The whole right underside and coming up about 1 inch is scratched up.
Who has got experience with damage like this ? It looks like nothing that can be buffed up or detailed away. Do I need to replace the entire bumper or is there another way to fix this ?

i acctually damaged my front bumper today and my wife's accord im sick i really wanna through up i wasnt gonna tell you guys...i backed out of my garage and turnd the wheel too soon my front bumper scraped her rear quater right by the door just alittle paint on my bumper need but i did take a chip out of the light lense about two inche verticle by 1/2 it goes back in place and ive glued it w/crazy glue but ineed to know about this silicone people use when they clear the lenses i want to make sur i dont lose that piece of plastic....my wifes car came out worse area btween rear door and fender well crushed tomorrow my friend will let me know how big a fuck up i am sorry so long

Sorry to hear that.........it hurts when your baby gets damaged. And then there are people who just trash their nice new cars (usually by hitting ours!) and don't seem to give a sh** about them. Can't understand that. Even if they don't care about fine automobiles, "hey it's still an investment".
