broken gauges

im sorry to bother everyone, but my speedometer and rpm gauge are outta wack. i hit a pretty deep pot hole on the expressway and now the needles arent acurate. can anyone help me out on how to fix this problem? if i need to bring it to get fixed what would the estimate for costs be? please help thanks.

are you still under warranty? cause if you are just take it to the nearest Acura Dealer and they should fix it for you. If you have to replace the entire assembly and the dealer doesn't cover it. The pricing for the entire speedo assembly would run about $200+.

Speedo Sensor

My local mechanic told me that my Speedometer Sensor has been damaged does anyone think this holds true? I dont want them to order a new one for me if theres other options to fixing it.

yes it's very possilbe, the gauge cluster is electronic, and won't read wrong unless the speed sensor is shot
