well today when i was driving i started to hear cracking sounds from inside. then all of a sudden i see pieces of plastic falling from my review mirror. then next thing i noticed it was facing down... the peice that broke off were plastic and held that ball thing to adjust.. so now it barely stays up and if i turn on my music or hit a bump it will face down in a instant.. i have a broadway on it. would that effect anything or my sub?? how and where can i replace it?

i bought a used mirror off ebay last year and replaced it myself...it's a pretty common mirror, mine was from an MDX and works great. I don't have to worry about it falling anymore (it used to drop down and face the back seat every time i hit a bump).

 

Most likely from the added weight of the broadway. That's my guess. The bass wouldn't really effect it. I've been pounding mine for 2 years, and it's fine.
