Slightly disappointed but still hopeful for better gains when the final product comes out.

How many trannies blow in the first week? 260hp @ the wheels w/ SC-h-i-e= 0hp@ the tranny. How many people are going to get this besides the ballers who have money to burn?

If they are only getting 30-40 to the wheels, then it is definitely not worth it.

Just get nos and use it sparingly for 1/10th the cost.

That is really disappointing considering what their s/c did for the s2000....

My guess is that if they cant improve upon it till they get 60+ to the wheels, they will scrap the project....
Very few people would pay 4500 to get 30 hp to the wheels....
Might as well take that 5k and the other 5k you spent modding the car and buy an m3 or z06...

Yes, but their SC didn't do much for the times of the S2000 as it was a Centrifigual SC and that gives High-end power. The current design for the CL calls for a roots-type blower that will produce more low end power. 30-40 horsepower to the wheels isn't much, but it ain't bad either.,

1. Give them some time...

2. The 30HP gain, if provided over a wide rpm range might be better than 60HP from 5,000 to 6,000 rpms...

I don't know all the details, but I would expect most people to start "easy" first and then see what it can do...
