i want to get break calipers with the "ACURA" name stamped on them ike the new TL's for my 01 CL is it possible and what do i need?, sorry my wording sucks and the beers aren't helping...lol...

it would be less of head ache and probablyv cheaper to get brembo's?

Just get some decals made up and slap 'em on what ever calipers you go with (stock, legend, nsx, aftermarket).

You could make a stencil & paint the letters on. Print out some true Acura font off the web.

This would be my idea as well and probably the easiest. You could go to a graphics shop and have them make the stencil... tape it completely flat down on the face of the caliper and paint on the letters.

Should look good I will be right behind you when I get my Legend calipers.

keep in mind the CLS calipers are not a solid face. There's a big gap in the middle. So any lettering would have to go more at the top of the caliper in small letters. No one is going to see this. Waste of time IMHO. Just Paint the calipers completely black & be done with it.

 

I agree, I was going to do the exact same thing but once I took the calipers off to paint I realized that they weren't going to show the words very good. I just went with strait black. Couldn't be happier!
