Brakes/Rotors
How long is the warrantee on the warping brakes and rotors? I just got back from the dealer and they said that my car is not covered under warantee and they were going to charge me 200 to resurface the rotors and change the brakes. It was my understanding that the factory would do that for free..ugh

The service bulletin doesn't mention mileage, therefore they should change your brake pads and resurface your rotors, unless you have aftermarket equipment for your brakes or rotors.
I had my pads and rotors resurfaced and I had 26,000 miles. If they refuse, show them the service bulletin or just mention it...I wouldn't say warranty, just say that their's a service bulletin out saying that the brakes cause excess heat causing the rotors to warp and causing the steering to vibrate during braking. If they still refuse talk to the Service Manager or just go to another dealership.

The warranty on the rotors is 15K miles (according a service mgr at my dealership). However, they did resurface my warped rotors and gave me new front pads at my 22.5 service for no extra charge. Mention the service bulletin if they're not aware of it, but you should be able to find a kindly service manager at one dealer or another.

ROtors
I should have my New Rotors early next week, I'm wondering NOW if Acura Would even Consider Putting on my New ROTORS when they Change my PADS .... Think it would be asking too much ?

I'd advise everyone that hasn't had the new pads put on to do so. Hell its free and the new pads brake so much better.
