What are the differences between the regular Rotoras vs the BBKs?

The biggest difference is that the regular Rotoras work are just replacement rotors. They work with the stock calipars. The BBK replaces the calipars with a 4 piston calipar. This will make the stopping power of the car much better.

Also, the stock rotors are smaller than the ones available with the BBK. I think the ones available with the BBK has a 13 inch diameter. Stock rotors are a little less than 12 inches. The regular Rotoras are the same size as the stock ones. These are also just slotted and the one with the BBK are slotted and cross-drilled.

Save the cash and get the BBK. That's my plan.

i don't have the money to get BBK. So i was just gonna go with the regular rotaras. But how much better are the regular rotoras compared to the stock ones? is it worth getting to replace the stock ones or is the upgrade to rotoras just give you a little bit better braking?

BBK are a waste unless you track your car. IMO

Just get better pads, SS lines, new brake fluid and you should be good to go.

Rotora rotors would be a good idea also since the stock CLS rotors warp easy.

Drive the a stock CL-S then a BBK equipped CL-S... You would change your mind immediately. The stock braking system SUCKS, the best mod I've ever had on this car is upgrading the silly stock brake system.

Well i have driven a stock TLS for over a year. My guess is your stopping increased from the new pads, lines, and new fluid from that BBK.

No, they increase because of the addition of 3 more pistons. Pads, lines and fluid are minimal in change with regards to braking power.

The difference between the two is drastic. Tracking the car is not the criteria to buy these. In my opinion, there's no need to drive fast if you can't stop fast. BBK will give you the ability to do multiple stops or braking. You will have greater confidence in your brakes in the hills and high speed in the flats.
