brake question

When I'm driving on the highway and brake from about 70 to 60 my steering wheel shakes. That problem should be the warpped
rotors. But it
recently snowed and I was trying to slide a little so I slammed on the brakes hard, going like 5- 10 mph. I didn't slide but my brake peddal felt realy funny, it vibrated a little but it felt kind of like grinding or something. This only happens when I should be sliding like in snow or ice. Any ideas guy?
