Brake Problems

Ive had R1 Concepts Drilled/Slotted rotors and EBC REdStuff Pads for about a year now and I am very unhappy about the pads. From the first day they've been screeching and the performance isnt very good and there is so much brake dust. But im very pleased with the rotors, they do better at high speeds than stock rotors and dont warp.
Does anyone else with this setup have this problem??? Does the direction that the slots are facing make a difference as far as the screeching goes?? And does anyone have any recommendations on any good brake pads?? I am planning on replacing them soon as well as putting in new SS Brake Lines.

Thnx Guys

I'm looking for pads too. I also have the R1 rotors. I'm running OEM pads, not too much dust but unhappy with their performance.I was looking into Satisfied's GranSport GS6 (Tirerack.com) but I don't know of anyone using these pads. It supposably has good stopping power and low noise w/low dust emissions. Anyone used these pads?

By the way, I installed Goodridge ss lines and they really give good brake feel. You'll be real happy with them!!
