Brake Problem !!!
I have the Rotora Slotted rotors ( front & rear ) and the Axxis Semi-Metallic brake pads. Recently there is this high pitch squeaking noises when I brake and when I turn @ slow speed ( less than 10mph). I am assuming it is the brake pads, so I go ahead and other new set, but I am wondering if I can re-surfaced the rotors too? I know alot of the forum members got the Rotora Slotted rotors, just wondering have ya ever re-sufaced them ? Can they be re-surfaced ?
Thanks in advance
also, how do u know if the rotors are crack, I heard slotted rotors are easier to crack, is it true ?

There is a good chance that the pads are fine, but you might be hearing the issue that many people have experinced with the Axxis pads. They squeak like crazy. I would get them checked out...by a professional, but I would not be suprised if it is just the normal sound that alot of people hear with Axxis pads.
Good luck...and I think you can have slotted rotors cut, but I would go to someone that has done it before.
