Brake pads, any upgraded yet?
Brake pads, any upgraded yet?
O.K. so a Brembo kit requires larger wheels and a bigger offset, not to mention costing over a grand just for the Brembos - has anyone replaced the pads with something like Metal Masters that Comptech sells?
With only 4000m. I haven't replaced pads yet,
but you can believe I will replace with hi-perf. pads when they need replacing! Will be installing Neuspeed Teflon Coated Stainless Steel Brakelines within few days.

Yes, I upgraded to Porterfields (R4S carbon/kevlar)at the same time that I switched to vented rotors, steel braided brakelines and ATE Super blue brake fluid. it's hard to say witch components make the most difference, but altogether the brake feel is better and more confidence inspiring.
