Anybody have a problem with there tachometer bouncing 1-200 RPMs in between the 1500 and 2000 PRM marks? Happens to me when I'm cruising around 45 mph. What are the fixes? I figured it's not the IACV because it idles fine. Do you think this is because of the pulleys that were just installed?

 

i get that, but on the speedo. sometimes the needle hops in 5mph increments
