bought a j32

Finally found and bought a 76000 mile j32a2 out of a 03 tls.
Only thing is it was an auto car. I will be putting it in my 6 speed cl. I found a small list to make it a true 6 speed. Yall let me know if I'm missing anything!

Front cam pulley 14260-PGE-A11

Front plate assembly (behind cam pulley) 11860-PGE-A10

Timing belt pulley(lower) 13621-PGE-A11

Crank shaft sensor 37500-PGE-A11 (this little sh!t costs $500.00)

Subharness for CKP 37501-PGE-A10

TDC Sensors (Qty 2) 37840-PGE-A11

TDC SUB HARNESS 37841-PGE-A10

I went from manual to auto, and you have everything I changed except one thing.

The auto uses an ECT sensor or something kind of behind the cam pulley. When converting to manual, you will remove than sensor because the manual doesn't use that.

This will leave a hole which will leak coolant I think. The manual engines have a cap that threads into the hole with a giant hex socket (size 26 or something).

If you have your old engine, you can swap the cap. Or you might be able to just cut the wire harness. Or I can send you the one from my manual engine.

Here is the motor. Picked it up for 500 bucks. Came out of a nice 03 tls. Parted out because a tree fell on it. Got lucky it only has 76k

So do you have two replace both cam pulleys and both backing plates or just one of each? I'm confused

So there is only one front cam pulley/plate?

I'm confused because there are two cams. Pulley as in singular?

Might be a silly question but why are you buying all these parts new? I've seen other swaps with 3.5's where they swap the parts over to the replacement motor. Anyhow good luck with the swap.

I am not buying them new I am swapping them over from my old one. I don't think I said anywhere that I was buying new. Not doing the j35 because I found this one for a cheap. My engine now is in bad shape because it got over revved bad. It runs like ass. Just making the car reliable again not trying to soup it up or anything.

I have a question, do you guys think I can remove the engine from the top?
