Hey guys, it's been a long time since I've posted here! My poor CL has over 77,000 miles on her! still looks new though, with the exception of the interior. Both of backs of the front seats have come off and look as if the clips have broken off...any idea how to explain to the dealer that I didn't purposely do this? it looks like all of the morons that sit in the back of my car pull on the pockets instead of the seats after entry...

Has this ever happened to anyone? if so, what was the damage to the wallet at the dealer?

 

My car has the same issue with right front passenger seat, which the leather on the bottom of that seat was replaced under warranty. One day it just popped off. Still under warranty, will bring it to the dealer.

 

there is a TSB for back lid popping out. you are out of warranty, try good will

 

bring it to dealer it takes them 2 seconds.

I had the back of my pass. seat replaced last week they didn't ask any questions.

 

Stop the hardcore sex acts in the CL bro.

 

It's gotta be normal, the seatback was off of one I testdrove at the dealership here. The guy was like yea it jus snaps back on.

lol so that's how that rattle started on the rear glove box...


seriously, I'll try the good will act. I've had the tranny replaced and just about every other tsb including every squeak that acura included as a factory option...I haven't had any issues since the tranny and that was back around 48k miles...
