Bose system upgrade??

Is it possible to buy an after market amp to replace the factory bose amp in my system or does any know if the amp is upgradeable? for the componet speakers not the sub woofer??

The bose speakers are 1 ohm, so you would have to replace the speakers if you replaced the amp.
