Bolt Pattern & Largest Rim?

What is our bolt pattern and what is the largest rim that we could fit? Is it 19x8 w/+45, would that fit or would I need more offset? Also is it true that 19x8 would be hard for the FWD CLS to turn, or would that depend on offset?

Anything would help.

Tnx

One member was running 19x8 +51 (52?) offset with 235/35-19. He was lowered about 2-inches and claimed that he had zero rubbing..

I don't understand the rest of the question...

You would want to get very light wheels if you don't want to slow the car down from the rotational inertia issues. Then there is the issue of unsprung weight too...

I think he is concerned with the cars steering/turning ability with super wide wheels/tires..

If that is indeed the issue, then I'm pretty sure the 235/35-19 + 19x8 +51 or +52 will not cause a problem with rubbing at full lock (at least that's what I was told and there was a point where I was asking everyone I could about this issue...)

I believe the tires were also Nitto 555s...

with 235 wide tires ... zero problem... not lowered.. I only rubs when I have 5 in the car with more than 1200 lbs of load...

But that is asking too much from the CLS... max load 700 lb!
