Has anyone seen Ebay Auction #2416751332 for the 2003 CL-S? I noticed that the car has body side moldings painted in Antharacite. I know that Acura doesn't offer body side moldings for the CL and wondered if anyone had an idea where the molding came from.....maybe a 2002 or 2003 Accord Coupe? The moldings looks pretty stock and most likely were painted to match. I personally like how they break up the slab side of the car.

the side molding isnt bad though, i see what your saying, too bad they ruined it with that chrome shit on the wheel wells.

There are also some ugly wheel well/fender paraphanalia.

I don't like the mouldings or the wheel well stuff at all.

 

 

If you mean the molding on the door it's from the Accord Coupe. I have it on my CL. Give the door a little protection.

 

What year Accord is the side molding from...the last generation or the new 2003? I agree with everyone that the wheel moldings do not look good.

Thank you very much for the information. The only thing is, the molding for the 2001 & 2002 Accord pictured, is only 2 pieces per side. The CL on Ebay also has a molding between the door and front wheel opening....so it would consist of 3 pieces per side.

 

my buddy just put that chrome wheel well trim on his accord, it's so hideous, but he thinks it's totally pimp!

I posted this a while ago with pictures. It didn't sell so the auction was relisted, too bad it's an automatic.

Hey guys, just received my new 2003 CL and was looking over the posts. Did a little research and found that a company called Pacific Porta trim makes body side molding, same color as car for the CLs. Does anyone know of other companies that makes this trim?

Just buy the Accord Coupe trim. It's perfect. See post above.
