srry so long but please read i really need advise...

so i dropped my car off at the shop on jan 18th ... told my guy to take his time because i have my truck for the winter

its now march 26th and im picking it up !!

when i arrive car is in back and didnt see it

made the mistake of payin first

when i get to the car the spider cracks in the roof which i paid to be buffed and wet sanded out are still there ( guy workin says they tried but its in the paint ) which is bs because i know they can be buffed out)

theres white overspray all over the car yes it can come off with a wash but still

NOW THE MAIN PROBLEMS

start the car up and it sounds like a mack truck turns out the pipe leading into the cat is seperated ( my car is lowered they prolly caught it on a lift or somethin )

and i hit the trip reset before i dropped it off and theres fuckin 88 miles on the car !!!!!!!

my guy ( the owner ) isnt in till tues i made a strong arguement with the peon that was there and just said im callin the owner on tues

what do i do !!!!!

I'd raise hell....88 miles....WTF is that. Most body shops have lifetime warranties on thier work, so they should just fix it.....no questions asked!

88 miles? That is such bullshit!!! Raise some hell with the owner :angry:, and don't leave until you're satisfied.

Talk to the manager and or owner as soon as possible.

That's a long test drive for a detailing job.

Take them to court, hopefully you have some before the shop pictures and after the shop pictures, try to prove the point.

Next time see the work, then pay, I would have left it there and taken my money back, if I paid first.
