Ronjon is the only one i know of with good build quality! The others look like someone took a sh#t then ate it, then throw it back up 
A couple of members have modified the OEM TL kit and put it on their CL. I think it looks good but its alot of work and money.

There are really no kits out there for the CL, but then w/o a kit the car looks too round and ...
I would go with the TL lip kit (requires custom fitting, etc) if you really have to choose one.

Look i usually try to keep opions like this to my self but when some one asks about a body kit and then someones says this
i feel as if i must says abit. I am a bit young but i probably know more about cars than most of the noobs on this forum. If you own a cl the only body kit i have ever seen which matches the body lines of the car is the ron jon kit. my only problem -do a search my question was answered was how well the part of the ron jon kit actually stay on but thats a different thread. look if you feel that you need to put one of those ugly kits (excluding the rj kit) on you car feel free to do it jut NOT on a beautiful CL. So if you donot understand what i am saying if you want some other kit go and by a civic and put a junk rice burner kit on it...

I think the front lip from the 98-00 TL body kit looks better than the 01-03 front lip. Hopefully, someone on the forum with photochop abilities can make up a picture of a CL with the RJ front lip (Hint, Hint).
But you might be right. From looking at the RJ front lip, it may be an all or nothing deal and the kit looks the best when all components are together.
My main problem is locating a body shop to paint and install. I don't mind paying for quality but the prices I have been quoted are insane. One place wanted to charge me 1600.00 to paint and install the kit on the car, plus the 1100 for the kit from RJ... I know you have to pay to play, but DAMN.

I am not sure if I read correctly, but are you changing your 03 tl lip to the 00 tl lip?
If you are i would love to buy the 03 tl lip. Let me know.
AS A MATTER OF FACT, IF ANYONE IS SELLING THEIR 03 TL LIP. LET ME KNOW! THX
