there is no factory bodykit, unless you decide to custom modify the OEM TL kit

the only kit ppl seem to like on this board other than the OE TL KIT is the Versus kit. This one is w/out the front lip...



This is the OE TL Kit, which takes fabrication to fit.

 

how about the sema kits?? is the offer for donor still available?? or is it just out-of-date info?? i looked at the kit and seemed really nice and sleek

For your info i did look on Versusmotorsport.com and it didnt have shit about the kit for CLS on there. So now your telling me to goto Versusmotorsport website and there is nothing about the kit there so now who is the noob??

Do you know how to dial a phone? If you look around like we've been telling you to, you will see that Versus indeed is the manufacturer of the kit. Get their number & call them. Ask them questions...do some leg work.

And...I'm responding because I probably have more knowledge of this kit than anybody on this site and am working with Versus to make a new front clip. That new clip will more resemble the lines of the SEMA kit(hopefully ).

But really dude, it's only sarcasm, not hate...Relax. Like I said before, PM me if you are truely interested & I'll email you more pics etc. I have the SEMA show Versus kit & a few others I can send.

Look for the 'P style' kit...it is the Versus kit(Versus & Purestyling are one in the same company).

Yea but they are NOOB's how the hell do they know such kits exist without asking. They cant jsut automatically KNOW that those kits exist, that is why they ask. AInt no one pointing a gun to your head and ask you to reply to anything. If you dont feel like replying because the topic has been talked about numerous times then DONT REPLY. Rather than making making bad blood among your fellow CL People let the nicer people who are willing to help answer their question.

As for the kit. Versus is good. I think the OEM TL kit looks nice on the Cl. I think it looks nicer on the CL than the TL. I think you have to get it cut though. Dont know how much but Looks nice. I would Go versus front and TL oem SIDE AND BACK since I dont like the versus side and back. PLus No one has it. Well atleast I dont think.

well if got the demon front and the cyber sides and i think the car looks sick. every one else that has seen it has told me that also. these guys all just want the sema kit and dont realize that some of us are big into import tuning. wheter you do buy what you like who gives a shit who else likes it. its your car.

Get whatever bodykit you like, who cares what others think, dont choose something that someone else likes just because. BTW the versus is the nicest kit and it polyurethane so it wont crack like the fiberglass ones.
