I could not get the versus.com site to work but I found one picture at purestyling.com

that is the kit they are talking about on "rondog". he has a 4 pg post listed with photos.

I am in the same boat of needing a kit!

If you "NEED IT"...why haven't you bought GTKrockeTT's...If you are waiting for a better price, don't...cause retail is over $700 before shipping.

I just wrecked the front and already need a new bumper cover. I just signed on here last Monday (I think) to even see what is out there. Since it doesnt cost me anything (accident wasn't my falt) I was trying to get one that was aftermarket instrad of the stock one. I did check out the other two as well - full bumper cover and this one that is a clip. Just seeing what all is out there. I have only ever had a tsunami (spelling) that was on my husbands car and I know that one did not fit correctly and had to be painted 3 times I think - something about the rubber would not hold paint.

The two I have seen are $360 each piece. Because I am new, the first I heard of this kit for sale was from you yesterday. So what is the price? you said new it is over 700, what is this one going for? My car is going in the shop on Monday 12/22 so I need something before then.

Send GTKrockeTT a PM & ask him...or just look at his link he posted in this thread...I think it was $575...that's quite a deal considering just the lip of the other kit is $360.

And those other lip kits are made of fiberglass...not very forgiving if you bump a curb. The Purestyling kit is full polyurethane, just like the factory bumper material...but this kit is an add-on...it does not replace a factory piece, so you may be looking for the wrong thing.

If your husband is more familiar with this type of stuff, maybe he should check out the Purestyling site.

 

Also, the kit that's being sold is a 4 piece kit, not just the lip...weren't sure if you were aware of that.

Only a handful of people have that kit - trust me, its rare enough

 

There is no different kit. JT, Versus or the new ugly-ass one...that's it.

It's a CL, not a Civic...there are only 3 kits so far.
