Well after browsing this board for some time I finally signed up. What's up all.
Didn't feel the need, until my lease ran out today on my '98 CL. I planned to drive my 71 Monte Carlo for the rest of the summer cause I recently bought a house.
But this board is real convincing. I was glad to see such a dedication to Acuras. They are by far the ideal car.
So I laid it down and leased a Black/Ebony Type-S. The skinny: $1750/$455/36mo.
I'm from Chicago and picked it up at McGrath Acura, def. the finest shop around. As a note, McGraths is opening a 40,000 sq.ft. facility in Westmont. Free Carwashes and Barbicues on Saturday if you didn't already know. It will be the 2nd largest Acura dealer in the US.
I took out the RSX-S while I was there. Dude I'm 6'6" and fit in it fine. That car has mad room. McGrath just gave me the keys and said see 'ya. It's the coolest man size go-kart ever. Definately a fun car to drive. I just look funny in it. Like the Simpsons when Nelson makes fun of that tall guy in the little car...

Hey welcome to the board.. I think you are our tallest member at 6'6" tall.. unless someone else can prove me wrong.. are you sure there weren't any head clearance issues for you.. in any respect welcome to the board and I wish you many, many pleasant trips in your new car

Yea, my girlfriend is out looking at cars, and she finally said she'd look at an RSX. She doesn't want a manual, but I got to test out an RSX-S while we were there. It was pretty sweet. I would have loved to have had it as an option when I was looking for a new car after my '95 Integra. But, now that I've had the bigger CL, I don't think I could go back. I did have fun going back to a stick shift, though. I'm gonna have to check out the new 6-speed CL's as soon as they hit the dealer.
